David Press, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District, Mr. Dean Mathisen, from Representative Lee Terry's office, U.S. Senator Ben Nelson, Retired Gen. Thomas S. Moorman Jr., Mr. Robert Moorman, Col. John Murphy, Air Force Weather Agency commander, Dr. Fred P.
