ILOPANGO, El Salvador – Air Force Tech. Sgt. Bill Bayer, a weather meteorologist assigned to Joint Task Force-Bravo, performs early morning weather checks measuring winds, temperature, dew point and pressure with a handheld Kestrel Nov. 14.
